How it works
Our Post Summer Detox will be starting on Monday September 30th and is the perfect way to get back on track after a summer of relaxing. The detox will include 4 weeks of a carefully planned and portion controlled, low carb and low fat meals. All our meals are prepared and delivered daily for your convenience to continue or start your detox for the year 2019 and get on track. This detox will include a detailed information booklet with meal and ingredient information so you can better understand what you nutrients you will get out of meals.

When it comes to our food, we believe in more fruit, more vegetables, more fresh produce and less processed food which is damaging to our health and low in nutrients. We source our products with care to ensure the best for our clients.
Our detox plan will include vitamin and mineral rich ingredients, super foods for added nutrition and a boost to the immune system while keeping flavour and ensuring our menu remains varied and interesting.
We aim to make or service as convenient as possible. We’re located near University and you can pick up from our outlet at your own convenience to avoid delivery charges.
If delivery is more convenient we will happily deliver your meals to any central location. Our delivery zones include: Attard, Birkirkara, Balzan, Naxxar, Mosta, Gharghur, Sliema, Tigné Point, Bahar Ic-Caghaq, Mriehel, Iklin, Lija, Msida , San Gwann, Swieqi, Madliena, St. Julians, Portomaso, Kappara, Floriana, Marsa Valletta and more. If your locality isn’t listed please contact us to discuss delivery options and prices. Delivery to central areas is included in the six week plan.

What areas do deliver to?
We deliver to central areas in Malta, particularly, Sliema, St. Julians, Swieqi Madliena, Iklin, Balzan, Naxxar, Mosta, Gzira, San Gwann, Attard, Ta Xbiex. However if your town isn’t on the above list, please do be in touch with us and we’ll see if we can honour your request.
What time will my meals be delivered?
All your meals are delivered daily between 10:00 and 12:30 unless other arrangements are needed. Special delivery times can be arranged when making your booking.
Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Our meals are all strictly vegetarian. That means no meat or fish. We do cater for various dietary requirements, all meals can be taken vegan or GF. Discuss with when making your booking.
Is the food prepared daily?
We provide our clients with a healthy, affordable, and calorie conscious meal plan – all our food is prepared daily with fresh ingredients. We are committed to bringing food to your table, and to explain where it comes from and why it is so good for you.
Can I skip particular days?
Yes – if you don’t require your food delivered on a particular day, let us know up to 24 hours in advance and we’ll skip that day, that day will be carried over to the next week or you can double up on meals.
What kind of food do you provide?
Our meal plan has 2 healthy meals: Lunch and Dinner and a snack for between meals. These meals amount to approximately 1000 Calories to 1200 Calories, with a good balance of carbohydrates, fat and protein. The meals consist of soups, salads, curries, stews and more.
